Welcome to our mobile applications! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MobilApp.nu (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of any of our mobile applications and related services (collectively referred to as the “Apps”).

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Apps.

1. General Terms

We provide our Apps “as is”. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any App at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in the Apps (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, distribute, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Apps.

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Apps for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Apps
• Upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, threatening, or harmful
• Spam, harass, or collect information about other users
• Use the Apps in a way that unnecessarily burdens our servers
• Bypass security features or age restrictions

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Apps, including their design, code, graphics, trademarks, and content, are owned by MobilApp.nu or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights to the Apps — only a limited, non-transferable license to use them in accordance with these Terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the App or required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or other losses resulting from your use of the Apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobilApp.nu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and/or in the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved by Swedish courts.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Apps.
